Designed around the permitted development rules of England, the 2.5mtr height rule determines the vast majority of the construction.

With a standard pack, your build will be under 2.5mtrs in height.

The pack contains full details from fitting the rod base system to finishing the rubber roof, everything is covered, and used in conjunction with the YouTube back catalogue you will be able to build your very own garden room, trust me!

All packs in this series are rod base system, hybrid roof and under 2.5mtrs in height.
