Containing a fully detailed set of instructions to help you build from the ground up to completion.

• A concise timber pack list that you can pass onto your local suppliers and get them to quote, offering you the ability to email as many suppliers as you wish so you can secure the best price.

• Full insulation types and quantities

• EPDM rubber roof quantities

• Fascia and soffit list

• A complete consumables list including part numbers for Toolstation

A list of suggested suppliers is also supplied.
